Why do you call yourself a Leadership Coach?

I call myself a leadership coach because I am most interested in working with individuals who see themselves as leaders in their lives, their communities, their work. 

Leadership can take many forms. As John Kotter, the renown Harvard thought leader, articulated, “Leadership defines what the future should look like, aligns people with that vision, and inspires them to make it happen despite the obstacles.”

To me, the work of coaching is closely aligned to this definition. My purpose is to ignite the capability of leadership that’s within you.
